Slow cooking these ribs results in “fall off the bone” tenderness. It is simple, but plan ahead because you need three hours to slow cook to perfection. Perhaps this will be your favorite rib recipe too. The full recipe follows …
Brad’s Favorite Ribs
Preparation and Cook Time: 4 hours
2 rack Pork Ribs
2 cups Bullseye Original Barbeque Sauce
— Rib Rub —
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup paprika
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Mix ingredients in a bowl to make the rib rub. Rub the rib rub all over the ribs. Wrap in aluminum foil sealing all edges to retain moisture. Place in Pyrex casserole dish. Bake in 250° F oven for 3 hours.
Remove from oven and unwrap. Cover top with Bullseye Original barbeque sauce. Let stand to caramelize.
